Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data RobotX Technologies LLC collects when you use this site, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and the rights you have over it. We collect the minimum needed to run an engineering consulting business, and nothing more.

1.Who is responsible for your data

RobotX Technologies LLC, based in the United Arab Emirates, is the controller of personal data collected through this site. For anything related to this policy, contact us at info@robotx.ae.

2.Data we collect

We collect only what the service needs: your name and email address when you sign in or contact us; messages sent through the contact form; quote requests, including your project description and any files you attach; booking details for consulting sessions (selected time, name, email, and any notes you add); payment status for project milestones (amounts, timestamps, and payment state; we never see or store card numbers); and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested pages) kept for security and debugging.

3.Processors we use, and their roles

We share personal data with a small number of service providers (“processors”) that help us run the site. Each one receives only the data it needs for its role:

Stripe processes card payments for custom project milestones. Your card details go directly to Stripe; they never touch our servers.

Google provides the calendar booking page embedded on our consulting page. When you book a session, the details you enter (your chosen time, name, email, and any notes) are processed by Google Calendar under Google's privacy policy and appear in our calendar.

Resend sends transactional email such as booking confirmations, quote notifications, and payment receipts.

Vercel hosts the website and its server infrastructure, including the server logs described above.

Our database hosting provider stores the site's database (accounts, quotes, bookings, messages) in an encrypted, access-controlled environment.

4.Purposes and legal bases

We use your data to provide booked sessions and deliver projects under accepted quotes (performance of a contract); to respond to quote requests, bookings, and messages (performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one); to send transactional emails such as booking confirmations and payment receipts (performance of a contract); to secure the site and prevent fraud (legitimate interest); and to meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

We do not send marketing email unless you have explicitly opted in, and we do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making.

5.We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to anyone. Data is shared only with the processors listed above, or where a law or competent authority requires disclosure.

6.Cookies and analytics

The site sets only essential cookies, used for signing in, your language choice, and your theme preference. We use privacy-friendly analytics that produce aggregated usage statistics without advertising trackers and without following individual visitors across sites. The embedded Google booking page and Stripe's checkout may set their own cookies where needed to provide those functions; those are covered by Google's and Stripe's privacy policies.

7.How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as it is needed. Account records and milestone payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically 5 to 7 years). Quote requests and their attachments are kept for up to 24 months after the last activity, unless they became part of a project contract. Booking details and contact messages are kept for up to 24 months. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

8.Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to receive a copy of it, to object to certain processing, and to have it deleted where we no longer need it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@robotx.ae from the address linked to your data; we respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

9.International transfers

We are based in the UAE, and the processors listed above operate globally, primarily in the United States and the European Union, so your data may be processed outside your own country. For those transfers we rely on the safeguards our processors provide, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent mechanisms.

10.Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the site evolves; the “last updated” date at the top shows the current version, and material changes are posted on this page. For any privacy question or request, email info@robotx.ae.
